We are currently looking for Principal Engineer to become part of our dynamic development team. We are working on a ground-up development project for Cisco's CSPG portfolio.

Minimum Qualifications

* BSCS or BSEE with 15+ yrs related industry experience.
* Exceptional product development experience and proven track record of successful product delivery.
* Solid understanding of object oriented design, design patterns using C++ /Java/Go
* Solid experience in building cloud applications
* Strong Linux development experience
* Strong system management experience ( Network management, Systems management, Datacenter automation )
* Solid experience in building frameworks, platforms, or libraries
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to engage with senior architects and customers, and capture architectural product requirements into system specs
* Ability to be a model and champion of quality practices
* Experience in full product development lifecycle of large/complex products including directly working with partners and customers during requirements, architecture, design, test, deployment and support phases
* Unit testing and continuous integration
* Iterative development and refactoring
