Overview: The A(SP) Performance Manager role is primarily responsible for technical delivery and deployment related scope matters with A(SP)s. This role will include onboarding and training, site hand overs, performance and monitoring, performance tracking against KPI’s and be the linkage between multiple teams / business units. In this role, you will: Manage of the benchmarking, verification and validation of A(SP) capability and capacity. Monitor and reporting A(SP) performance against an agreed set of KPI’s. Analyse KPI results to provide guidance and specific feedback to A(SP)’s about performance and areas for improvement. Agree and track improvement initiatives. Responsible for monitoring, tracking and securing the required A(SP) capability and capacity to meet project requirements. Secure training A(SP) training as required and undertake project onboarding/kick-off. Responsible for the development and maintenance of a forecast for all A(SP) activities. Responsible for tracking A(SP) technical performance, quality and supporting project where corrective actions are required to be performed by the A(SP)s. Responsible for issuing project directives and monitoring compliance. Attend customer meetings/workshops as required. Drive, establish and create efficiency improvement plans in alignment with CU goals. Reporting of any regional KPI’s as required. As our ideal candidate, you will have: A minimum of 5 years Deployment and Delivery Management (and leadership) experience in a technical environment, telecommunications or radio/switching Good technical and operational knowledge of Deployment and Field Engineering Services Strong commercial background Ability to interpret and analyse financial statements/performance Excellent written and verbal skills Ability to work independently and proactively engage with colleagues based in other regions. Project management skills. Contract Management skills Strong understanding of performance management Experience in large scale network roll out projects Good understanding of mobile communication networks end to end Good understanding of the total business together with an in-depth knowledge of the telecommunications industry, including a thorough understanding of economic/ commercial/political issues affecting the industry Why Ericsson?
