The regional Partner Account Manager will be responsible for the Cisco’s relationship to Focus Partner in Commercial West. You will lead and own focus partner related activities for Commercial West and you manage the strategic development of these channel partners in alignment with Germany’s Partner Organisation.

 

 

What You’ll Do:

 

In your role the as the Regional Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Developing the local Buying Center (GF, VL, PSR) of Commercial Focus-Partner in alignment with the responsible Partner Account Manager
  • Regional Commercial Partner Planning and Governance
  • Help to build a strong network between regional fokus partner and Cisco account manager to leverage channel driven funnel and projects
  • Identify, Bind, Enable, Activate, Maximize PSR (Partner Sales Representatives) of Focus-Partner
  • Drive Sales Activities and coordinate sales campaigns to build net-new funnel
  • Engage regional partners in Cisco’s Calling Weeks
  • Set regional growth targets, establish support structures and review and control achievement together with responsible partner account managers
  • Represent Cisco and Cisco´s Partner strategy at key events/conferences and establish Cisco as the Vendor #1
  • Encourages Co-Marketing Activities and targeted PMF/VW spending in alignment with Marketing team, with a special focus on our commercial business
  • Ensures integrated communications about all relevant topics to our channel landscape while leveraging new media platforms

 

 

Who You Are:

  • Very passionate about building a strong partner network and set up meetings with regional fokus partners
  • You have a solid understanding of Cisco’s Channel Organisation and Cisco’s Channel Partner
  • You are familiar with the German MidMarket/Commercial Business, especially in the West region
  • Ideally you have already existing relationships to Business Partner in West-Germany
  • Strong communicator and presenter, ability to speak to bigger groups
  • MBA/Master degree preferred
  • Write and speak English fluently
  • You are experienced with Cisco’s solution portfolio and you have a high interest in information technology

  • At least 2 years of professionell experience in sales or marketing
  • Very strong in self-organisation, high level of intrinsic motivation
  • ability to activate and motivate entire sales teams
  • proven experience in developing trusted partner relationships up to C level
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to leverage and engage internal resources such as Marketing, Technology Experts, Services and others
