Job Summary The Optimization job role purpose is to improve the overall service quality to ensure business consistency. Candidate should have very good knowledge and concept on LTE and VOLTE Radio Access Network Functionality. Network architecture and RF theory. Four to Five years of experience in the related field of RAN optimization is required and minimum 2 years of experience in LTE. Knowledge on Ericsson system will be an added benefit. Good communication skill to interface with cross functional domain is required.
