NVM QRE Test Development Engineer

Job Description

Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits from the component feasibility stage through production ramp. Make significant contributions to design, development and validation of testability circuits. Evaluation, development and debug of complex test methods. Develops and debugs complex software programs to convert design validation vectors and drive complex test equipment.

Engineer will partner closely with other Quality & Reliability Product Engineers to evaluate methods and changes necessary to various manufacturing testers to ensure qualification process effectiveness.

Engineer will drive and optimize test development processes to ramp qualification efforts in-time.Autonomously plans and schedules own daily tasks, develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.


Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:

Must Have:
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering Masters Preferred
- 3+ yeas of experience with NVM products in the areas design validation OR product qualification OR manufacturing test.
- Demonstrated experience of Memory testers and test code environment
- Experience of the entire Semiconductor manufacturing flow

Preferred Skills/Experience;

Nice to Have;
-Experience with C and C++ experience is preferred
-Demonstrated experience of device physics, circuits, statistics, and fabrication process
-Previous experience with Fab, Wafer Sort, Assembly, Test, and Q&R
