NSG Automation Engineering Lead

Job Description
Plans, provides resources for and directs activities in developing and implementing automated manufacturing systems solutions for TD and ramping 4/19/2017 factories, and for all phases of memory process technologies. Responsible for meeting schedules, cost and performance/reliability. Manage and/or coach engineers in pathfinding and technology road mapping for advance/future technology research and development. Manage a pool of software and computing hardware engineers and provide technical coaching in developing new capabilities. Work with both upstream, downstream and cross functional key partners to ensure success transfer and ramp of new technology into HVM. The position is based in Dalian, China.


The NSG Automation Engineering Lead will need to have exceptional collaboration skills to work with cross-functional/cross-company teams and tool vendors to meet challenging program goals. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of delivering leadership results in software, computing hardware and integration development and demonstrated ability to create a world-class development culture and organization. The candidate must have an MS in related field and at least 15 years of experience in related software or computing hardware development - data center design and implementation, networks, hardware infrastructure, security, Manufacturing Execution Systems, equipment automation and data sciences. Must be able to lead large teams for design and implementation.
