Description AT&T Network Operators / IT Service Rep / Desktop Representatives s are responsible for the 24x7 direct support of both capabilities and services aligned to the support of Government needs. Responsibilities include desktop support, IT support, technical responsibilities for network management, and or apply specialization to conceptualize, design, construct, test and implement portions of business and technical information technology solutions through application of appropriate software development life cycle methodology. Roles and functions align to required support aligned with roles needed.



Responsibilities include experience in one or more of the following functions:



+ Network Support including Network Management support are responsible for the 24x7 direct support of both capabilities and services aligned to the support of technical responsibilities for network management, and or apply specialization to conceptualize, design, construct, test and implementation based on government needs

+ IT support thru 24X7 application of appropriate software support for technology solutions through application of appropriate software development life cycle methodology

+ Desktop Support as needed to resolve pending issues



Skills



+ One or more years of relevant experience in at least one of the following job functions (Network Support or IT Support or Desktop Support)

+ Active DoD Approved Baseline Certifications (Comp TIA)

+ Active DoD Security Clearance



Experience:



+ 1 or more years of relevant experience

+ General understanding of network

+ Information Technology knowledge

+ Ability to work in a team focused, dynamic environment.



Desired skills or experience:



+ Understand customer relationship tool which can be used to log/monitor the issues or problems faced by customers by the means of incident management tickets.

+ Understand the functions multiple RFO, and charging the correct Fault Durations Hours to each Fault Category.

+ Support team members in taking ownership of tickets and updates the Action/Work log (troubleshooting steps performed during the selected course of action).

+ Applies specialization to conceptualize, design, construct, test and implement portions of business and technical information technology solutions through application of appropriate software development life cycle methodology
