NAND Test Mode Sr. Validation Engineer

Job Description
Develops pre-Silicon functional validation tests to verify system will meet design requirements. Creates test plans for RTL validation, defining and running system simulation models, and finding and implementing corrective measures for failing RTL tests. Analyzes and uses results to modify testing.


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.Minimum Qualifications:- BS degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering, with at least 15 years or MS degree with at least 12 of experience in the following areas- 10+ years of NAND 2D or 3D Flash or NOR Flash or Non-Volatile Memory Experience either in product, process, yield and quality engineering roles - Experience in NAND probe, EMMI, back end testing tools - Experience in NAND Electrical Failure Analysis Tools Preferred Qualifications:- Detailed understanding of Inte / Micron NAND 2D or 3D Flash Process Technologies - Detail understanding of DDR interface in NAND flash memory- Leading product, reliability and yield improvements in 2D / 3D NAND flash memory
