Intel's RF development group is a world-class leader in radio solutions for connectivity (WiFi, BT, GPS) and cellular (2G, 3G, LTE). The team develops all of Intel’s mobile wireless RFICs solutions which can be found all around us with best-in-class performance, innovation leadership and cutting edge technologies.

Now, when the communication world enters the 5G era, we will be the leaders of the journey! Intel is building it’s 5G RFIC development team, focusing on end-to-end 5G RF solutions and strengthening the connectivity team and it's portfolios. The development includes the most challenging RFIC circuits – ultra-high-speed converters, low-noise/low power analog and synthesizers, MM Wave and RF-IC design of 2GHz to 70GHz fronts-end and overall leadership of Intel’s 5G and connectivity strategy.

About you:

As Millimeter-wave/RF post Si Validation Engineer you will be part of mmWave Silicon Validation Team and impact the new generation RF IC power up. In this multi-disciplinary role you will test and validate successful inter operation of hardware and software at the OS level thru: test development, setup, execution, results analysis and resolving issues of CV or commercial content at the system level. You will work closely with the RF IC designers and RF System teams.

- B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science.

- 2+ years of experience in RF test and measurements and/or RF product development.

- Solid understanding of Wireless, Cellular communication systems and RF performance- Fluency with Lab measurements technics and equipment.

- Familiar with validation and integration technics, RF and Digital Test equipment knowledge, also strong programming skills is a must.

- Hands-on experience in characterizing and troubleshooting complex RF systems.

- In-depth understanding of PLLs, ADC and DACs.

- Team player, able to communicate and function in a global, multi-cultural, complex environment.

- Strong sense of urgency and strong sense of ownership.
