Job Description

Next generation of Intel's cellular transceivers will have a dedicated receiver to measure different characteristics of the transmit signal. This opens the door to a lot of possible use cases, like automatic PA reconfiguration during call, calibration, and self-alignment in the factory.

The main task will be the evaluation of new methods for TX signal validation like ACLR, spurious emissions, EVM, average power, or other relevant parameters. The methods will be analysed in a simulation environment Matlab with respect to possible implementations in Software or Digital Hardware. If possible the new method will be directly tested in lab environment and verified with respect to accuracy, repeatability, and robustness.
