What You'll Do
The Cisco Collaboration Solutions Marketing Team is looking for a self-motivated and talented Marketing Manager to support the Collaboration Business Unit. The Marketing Manager will work on a cross-functional team to develop product messaging, positioning and strategy, to support the existing Collaboration product line along with upcoming launches. 
  • Assist in the development of annual marketing objectives, create and execute marketing plans and deliver go-to-market strategy.
  • Work with Product Management to develop product positioning and messaging that aligns with the overall Collaboration architecture. 
  • Support the project management of product launches including press releases, launch materials, customer presentations and sales training materials. 
  • Act as content provider and subject matter expert on new solutions, to support Field/Channel Enablement strategy, which may include the delivery of training.
  • Identify market insertion points, competitive landscape, and penetration strategies for Cisco offerings in the specific sector, industry, Theater.
  • Amplify Cisco's offerings in the most impactful way for the target audience.
  • Educate and consult with Cisco field and partners on market strategies.
  • Orchestrate the marketing mix and marketing programs to generate awareness, pipeline, opportunity, and loyalty.
  • Report measurement of marketing campaign, program, project, asset effectiveness and adoption, and required improvements. You must have strong writing and analytics skills in order to develop product strategy and positioning. Must also be a self-starter, comfortable working with large cross-functional teams.

You will have the opportunity to market an award-winning product portfolio and work with some of the industry's best designers, engineers and product management teams.

About You
• You have over 5 years of product marketing experience
• You hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a relevant field
• You possess strong organizational and problem solving skills
