Job Description

Then you might have a home in our team of doers, Jacks and Jane's of all trades, which is expanding the data center solutions space. We are a team of highly motivated, experienced and agile thinkers, who are looking for the right person to join us as an rack scale design market analyst and build out market & competitive analysis for rack scale design.

In this role, you will interface with senior Business Leaders, Architects and others market analysis experts across Intel to deliver market insights and competitive analysis most relevant for rack scale design. We are housed within Data Center Solutions Group that is tasked with reinventing the data center of the future.

You will need have a good understanding of market analysis techniques, competitive assessment and synthesizing takeaways from raw information. In this role, you will be the source of scanning and collating market information that's relevant for rack scale design and helping with synthesizing relevant, actionable take ways from raw information.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

-Develop a deep understanding of current data center market and technology dynamics

-Work across a highly matrix'd organization to help develop a forecast of market, technology and competitive dynamics that are specific and relevant for rack scale design

-Be the go-to person for collating data center market information market information that tailored for rack scale design

-Partner with senior leaders to deliver actionable insights based on market analysis to product management and business strategy teams

-Ensure that rack scale design organization has timely awareness of competitive shifts and minimize 'blind spots' for product development

-Create presentations that can explain competitive & market dynamics to a wide variety of audiences

-Drive scenario analysis based on executive requests.


Qualifications

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent with minimum of 3+ years overall experience

-3+ years of experience in roles such as market analysis, competitive analysis, product management, program management, systems architecture, systems engineering, technical solution building, customer enabling

-High level project / program management experience with the demonstrated ability to interact with multi-faceted, matrix teams

-The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of data center market, a perspective on next generation data center of the future and understanding of critical data center technologies

-Excellent oral and written communication skills to articulate a certain point of view but highly honed people skills to know when to listen

-Leverage a highly collaborative and dynamic environment

-Ability to learn new technology concepts quickly

-High energy, entrepreneurial and collaborative attitude

-Good command of presentation preparation tools Power Point, etc. and information management tools Excel, SharePoint, OneNote, etc.
