What You'll Do

The Manufacturing Engineer leads the implementation and performance of the Quality Management System at our European Fulfillment and Build-to-Order partners.

The Manufacturing Engineer (ME) will be responsible for supporting and managing technical issue resolution and quality assurance with our regional Supply Chain partners. That includes managing and tracking quality performance metrics; driving cost savings through value and process engineering; and exercising judgment within broadly defined practices and policies.

  • Drive Quality Metrics (yields, bonepile, reliability and field return rates).
  • Manage Line stops/Purges/Quality issues.
  • Drive implementation, adherence and development of our Quality Management System.
  • Conduct manufacturing process audits and closures.
  • Assess and develop of Partners' technical capability.

Finally, you will be engaged in and drive business transformation to improve not only Cost, Quality, Delivery and Security that impact customer satisfaction but also improve business market shares e.g. lead time reduction, improve process efficiency, support and guidance for new product and transfer product introductions.

Who You'll Work With

You will be working in our European Technical Operations team, which is part of the diverse Regional Operations team of 40+ engaged and talented individuals.

You will work with various functions inside Supply Chain Operations including Global Manufacturing Operations, Technology & Quality, Product Operations and Planning & Fulfillment. You will also collaborate directly with external manufacturing, fulfillment and distribution partners.

  • B.S Degree with minimum of 5 years or Master's Degree with minimum of 2 years in engineering (industrial/manufacturing) preferred
  • Program management experience in small to medium scale projects
  • Knowledge in Server manufacturing and NPI process is a plus
  • Experienced communicator and influencer
  • Excellent organizational skills and proven program management in supply chain or other operations skills
  • Strong written, verbal and formal presentation skills in English required to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders
