What You’ll Do

The Service Sales Manager is an East Area-level leadership role responsible for driving the Services strategy and revenue growth for the East Area Commercial Services. This role is responsible for developing and driving scalable sales strategies, inclusive of Technical and Advanced Services, across multiple routes-to-market. This leader will play a meaningful role in leading the integration of Area services sales with product sales enabling the organization to fully transition from product or services sales to solution sales.

Who You'll Work With

Services accounts for approximately $350M of the Commercial East’s $585M services goal. He/she will lead a team of 9 services sellers, and 4 indirect GVCS Area Select Services sellers. It is a highly collaborative leadership role that requires positive relationship with the East Commercial Area executives (SEDs, ODs and RMs), and interlock with the Americas Services leaders, Services Delivery, Global Virtual Sales (GVS), Business Entities, and Marketing to drive the East Commercial Services vision and GTM.

You will be expected to drive opportunities to gain new market share, optimize coverage and routes-to-market aligned to Partner-Led models where appropriate based on the GES segmentation strategy. This position will also accelerate the adoption of Services across the segment, and expand opportunities that gather new consumption and buying patterns. The Services leader will be an integral member of the GES leadership team and should be a motivational leader that inspires and aligns teams to the Project One culture that has been part of our success.

Experience:

Leader with a minimum of 5-10 years of Sales Leadership with emphasis on Services Sales.

  • A sales leader who has experience leading in an integrated product and services organization.

  • Proven success as a collaborative leader in a solution sales organization.
  • Influential leader who can help others connect the dots quickly and accelerate decisions.

  • Strong leadership skills in mentoring and developing a sales organization.

  • Experience leading and driving a channel partner strategy with a segment of Commercial accounts
