MANAGER, SALES STRATEGY and PLANNING

What You'll Do

In this role, you will work directly with Americas SE VP and align with Americas Senior Leadership Team.  You will work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic direction for sales coverage and business operational processes, and enable strategic initiatives across Americas.  Overall business and organizational analysis to ensure that sound business decisions are being made and executed.  Assist with development of business plans and supporting data requirements to execute year-end planning processes.

You will interface with Americas Senior Leadership and Theater S&P leadership to shape/drive top priorities and core initiatives focused on long range growth and profitability.

You will have the ability to drive cross-functional plans at executive levels of the company.  Ability to influence and matrix manage to accomplish results. Understanding of Americas market segments.  Ability to translate high-level strategy to functional impact.  Deep appreciation for how the company works and how to affect change.  Cross-functional project management skills to ensure proper level of follow-through and measurement.  Strong task orientation.

Our minimum requirements for this role:

* 10+ years related experience.

* 7+ years management experience.

* Typically requires BS/BA or equivalent.

* Must have excellent written, oral communication, listening, and presentation skills (mad PowerPoint skills). Excellent leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
