Date: Jan 3, 2018 Location: Gurgaon, HR, IN Company: Ericsson Job Summary: We are now looking for a Service Delivery Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the correct and proper delivery of customer support services to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for the financial and commercial performance of delivered customer support services. You will also ensure that agreed margins are achieved whilst delivering Service Level Agreement fulfillment and customer happiness. The role also includes leading the customer network support engineers’ team and working closely with the competence centers, global support, and product line maintenance teams. Facilitating in Forecasting for COS/Margins and Budgeting for Cost center related cost in order to be proactive and build accuracy in financials. Revenue/margin analysis on different project & Deal dimension for Business Units. Work closely on various Business Cases/Upcoming Deals to ensure the profitability & integrity. Active designing, participation and monitoring of major cost reduction exercises for one of the Ericsson’s Key Account. Variance Analysis of all the GL accounts on a proactive basis to ensure reliability of accounts. Developed, documented and implemented internal control policies and procedures. Managed internal auditing and financial compliance reporting in time. Actively lead Local and Global Governance w.r.t discussion over Financial statements and getting business insight. Adhere to Accounting directives & policies to ensure compliances. Responsible for timely and correct recognition of revenue in the books and timely invoicing to the customer. Revenue and Cost analysis at project/customer level. Reporting at the Month-End as per the Global FIRE reporting standards to drive the results and ensure correct consolidated financials.
