Manager, Executive Communications Managed Service

Job Description

Intel is transforming into the company that powers the cloud and the billions of smart and connected devices. We invest at the boundaries of technology to unlock the power of data and make the most amazing experiences possible.

As Intel communicators, we are building a future where our executives have a strategic platform of insights that all connect back to our company positioning; a plan that ties together where they speak, what they say, when and for what purpose they meet with key influencers, and how they share the right message to reach employees, customers and more.

In this role, you will design, build and lead a managed service (one-to-many) that scales communications support to Intel's executive leadership team. Services will include communication blueprints comprised of positioning, messaging, templates, custom content, strategic communications counsel and/or more, all designed to reach key internal and external audiences at the right time and under a coordinated and consistent 'one-Intel' umbrella narrative.

You will also lead the MCM Communicator Community of communications professionals working with Intel's executive team and embedded throughout the company to align messaging.

Responsibilities also include the following:

  • Conduct appropriate needs assessment and audience analysis to support effective development of executive communications programs and materials via a managed service.
  • Develop integrated communication plan blueprints to scale communications support to Intel's broad executive leadership team in a one-to-many model.
  • Serve as an advisor on executive communications plan recommendations with Investor Relations, Industry Analyst Relations, External Communications (PR), Government Relations, Corporate Marketing, Internal communicators, HR and others.
  • Develop templates for strategic communication plans and related communications materials for scale PowerPoint presentations, speeches, press releases, contributed articles, and talking points.
  • Manage new executive hire communications in partnership with HR, including announcement of hire, executive integration and first 90-day communications blueprint.
  • Recommend the most appropriate methods and channels to deliver executive communications in service of business and Intel strategy.
  • Effectively manage agency resources to scale a nascent communications managed service practice.
  • Collaborate and assist in the organization and functional design of a nascent executive communications practice for Intel.
