What You'll Do

As a Virtual Sales leader, you will be responsible for executing the Global Virtual Sales (GVS) strategy for ASEAN and leading the Kuala Lumpur operation. You will provide leadership, coaching and development for the GVS ASEAN team to build sustainable strong growth. You are expected to champion the GVS vision and brand in Cisco.

You will form relationships with executive stakeholders to drive virtual sales growth in ASEAN. Identify and develop internal, market and customer opportunities for expanding and enhancing GVS operations. This is a ground floor opportunity to lead and participate in regional and global growth initiatives.

Who You Are

You've got consistent track record in delivering excellent results against pre-defined sales goals and targets, ideally with 10+ years’ experience in a sales management position. Thinks strategically but stays on top of tactical execution and has the innate ability to inspire passion in others.

Our minimum requirements for this role:

  • Experience in building and developing high performance sales teams.
  • Strong communicator fluent in English. Fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa or Thai a plus.
  • Exposure or experience in a Worldwide or regional team is an advantage.
  • Hires great people, develops great people.
  • Drives relentlessly high standards.
  • Works effectively with regional and global
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, IT or equivalent
  • Knows how to have fun.
