What you’ll do:

Roles and Responsibilities:

·       Manage multiple projects, work in different capabilities depending upon the project requirement.

·       Lead for training programs.

·       Meet stakeholders, understanding learning requirements, and proposing learning architecture.

·       Recommend the correct solution, learning blue print, which meets the immediate training requirement and the long-term strategic goals.

·       Supporting project requirements - team, time, SME, logistics.

·       Map training proposals to the proven models and theories.

·       Manage multiple accounts and cohorts, global ILT launches, and working with Instructional Designers from different geographies.

·       Work with multiple vendors for printing, VOs, VODs, CRT set-up and freelance writers.

·       Mitigate any potential risks and working closely with the core team.

·       Work closely with the project owners and advising them on the overall impact of decision taken during the training development.

·       Create proposals for training solutions that are cost effective, relevant, and high impact.

·       Manage the core development team of instructional designers, graphic designers, and programmers.

·       Measure the effectiveness of the designed/existing training programs.

·       Proven track record of strong and capable troubleshooting acumen.

·       An understanding of Cisco’s transformation in technology solutions including the areas of mobile, cloud, security, IT, big data, software and consulting services.

·       Ability to present to audiences of varied levels, from school age to business executives

·       Provide CCNA exam prep and study support, including impromptu individual training.

Who you’ll work with:

Cisco Services Academy is a team focused on developing the next generation of talent for Cisco Services. Our team partners with the business to design, build and implement Talent development programs for the Cisco Services organization. As part of the Program, the Services Academy Manager will be responsible for the onboarding, orientation, training, development, and coaching of team. The successful candidate will have passions for both Cisco technologies and teaching/helping others. The successful candidate will enjoy speaking in front of groups of engineers, and be passionate about being a contributing member of a highly productive team delivering training to the next generation of Services engineers. This person must be fluent in English.

 

What You Are:

Education/Experience

·       CCNA and CCNP level of proficiency required. CCIE-level skill at core internetworking technologies preferred.

·       Typically requires a degree or equivalent plus 12-15 yrs -related experience.

·       5 years management experience preferred

·       Must be fluent in English

·       Related experience in Project Management and/or People Management

·       Experience in a clearly defined recruitment or training role

·       PMP ,ITIL  Practitioner certification strongly preferred

·       Basic knowledge of unified communications, internet and general network architecture

·       Leadership of large project teams and strategic account teams

·       Negotiation with 3rd party suppliers

·       Presentations to audiences of varied levels, from school age to business executives
Understands the organization, aims and processes

 

Competencies:

• Ability to balance multiple large and critical tasks
