Description **Overall Purpose:**



Develop and execute product strategy for AT&T’s IP Transformation roadmap.



**Key Roles and Responsibilities:** Direct, hands on influence and development of critical strategies for retaining Legacy TDM Voice customer base and enabling smart migrations to AT&T’s strategic IP services. Partnering closely with product management teams and other key partners such as Pricing, Finance, Market Insights, channel marketing, sales enablement, sales operations, service delivery, and technology development to develop and implement specific initiatives.



+ Provides readout to executive leadership level regarding customer retention strategies and migration roadmaps of multi-billion dollar products

+ Conducts multi-year planning to evolve to the desired migration experience.

+ Responsible for the success and delivery of technology development projects associated with automating platforms to facilitate migrations.

+ Ensures consistency and alignment to the overall marketing and corporate strategy, achieve goals and track success on migration performance

+ Identifies, monitors and analyzes internal (e.g. financials, movement, revenue, cost, sales) and external (e.g., technology, market share, competitive) performance parameters in order to position, modify functions for the overall experience.

+ Leads cross functional teams in presentation and resolution of marketing deliverables as needed.

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree.



**Experience** :



Typically, this position is considered the foremost expert within the product marketing discipline and an acknowledged authority within the organization.



**Supervisory:** No.



**Required Qualifications:**



+ Five year’s product management experience

+ Must be comfortable with conveying the value of new and emerging products, technologies or applications to senior level management and across a diverse product team

+ Product launch and lifecycle management experience

+ Previous experience leading a cross-functional organization in executing projects from ideation to completion

+ Strong analytic and fact-based decision-making skills

+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and operate in a fast-paced, high-growth professional environment

+ Must possess both outstanding written and oral communication skills

+ Must be proficient using Microsoft Office products including Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook.



**Desired Qualifications:**



+ Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

+ Six or more year’s product management, Marketing experience, preferably in Business new product development
