Description This position reports to the Digital Marketing team in the AT&T Business Marketing Communications organization. As a Lead Marketing Communications Manager, you will lead the “lower funnel” of the customer journey buying process from the consideration stage to sales-ready leads. In this position, you will lead the development, conversion and monitoring of marketing qualified leads for AT&T strategic services business lines, including network, voice, collaboration, cybersecurity, Internet of Things, cloud services, and mobility. This position is considered the foremost expert within the marketing communications discipline and an acknowledged authority within the organization. Responsibilities include lead conversion optimization, lead reporting, coordination of product training for tele qualification reps, continually looking for ways to improve the lead management process.

**Additional Responsibilities:**

+ Primary interface with the tele qualification team

+ Interface with business leaders to share knowledge from a lead management perspective

+ Maintain working knowledge of other major functional areas in order to understand the complete customer journey buying process

+ Oversee the development, execution and monitoring of the lower funnel portion of integrated communications programs

Education: Typically Bachelors’ Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related discipline.

Experience: Typically 5 – 8 years of experience in a related field.

Supervisory: No.

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Five years related experience in marketing, advertising, communications, relationship sales, etc.

+ Must be proficient in Salesforce reporting and analytics, Oracle Eloqua experience is a plus

+ Must be proficient using Microsoft Office products including Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook

+ Must possess both outstanding written & communication skills, including executive communication

+ Exceptional organizational and problem solving skills and proven ability to handle multiple tasks

+ Excellent customer/client service skills

**Desired Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related discipline

+ Seven or more years related experience in marketing, communications, or sales, etc.

+ Knowledge of wireless terminology, products, and services

+ Knowledge of telecommunications industry and terminology

+ Strong strategic development background, including development of plans and presentations

+ Ability to work with multiple levels of management throughout organization

+ Positive attitude, desire to learn and develop new skills, and ability to accept constructive feedback
