Description AT&T Entertainment Group is one of the hottest business opportunities specializing in the development of content and experiential marketing and marketing program development. We are now building AT&T Creator Lab to support these efforts and are seeking a dynamic individual to support the day-to-day operations. Are you ready to jump into this growing space?

Creator Lab is seeking a Lead Manager to manage day-to-day development and execution within one of the 3 core areas of our team – strategy, execution, and operations and analytics. This position sits within the Strategy team and its related projects, deals and partnerships.

The ideal candidate will need to have significant strategy experience in integrated marketing and entertainment and possess a strong understanding of the entertainment marketplace including talent, sponsorships, partnerships, and content. The role is **Content and Talent Strategist** **.**

To be successful in this role you will need to excel in the following areas:

+ Entertainment and Marketing Strategy – performs marketplace and entertainment research and trend studies, researches and evaluates talent discovery, assists in annual planning and platform development, is a day-to-day partner for content teams and plays a liaison to the Entertainment Group strategy and business development teams

+ Content Strategy and Development – understands trends in the content space (digital and OTT). Experience in programming and or audience planning in a previous role a plus. Able to provide research and strategic POVs around content needs and opportunities for Creator Lab overall in addition to planning with partners.

+ Talent and Relationship building - understands the unique partnership development necessary with high-profile talent and programming. Experience working with talent and an in depth understanding of trends, players etc. especially as it relates to the development of content and integrated marketing platforms.

Position Requirements:

+ Capability to collaborate internally with knowledge of internal workings of AT&T to maximize asset integration into the business as usual operations

+ Initiative, curiosity, and passion for developing the never-been-tried opportunity

+ Strong project management and motivation to overcome issues independently

+ Coordinates various detail-oriented needs of external deal partners and prioritizes and manages high work volume

+ Natural flexibility to adapt to deadlines, changing schedules and unpredictable events with humility, humor and patience - a solution seeker

+ Well-known as collaborator with ability to work with internal clients and external partners to produce quality output in fast-paced environment

+ Experience in Integrated Marketing Content – creative development, lateral thinking, and integration across all mediums and touchpoints

+ Some experience in negotiating PR, Talent and Content deals

+ Strong interest in pop culture, current content and knowledge of the celebrity and brand landscapes

+ Excellent written and oral communication skills and executive presentation capabilities

+ Bachelor’s degree preferred and 6+ years’ work experience in Integrated Marketing/Content/Advertising/Marketing Communications

+ Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

+ Job requires overnight travel, weekend and/or late hours to meet deadlines
