What You'll Do

You will help creating the strategy, design and implementation of a Digital Simulation Modeling and Analytic capabilities, that will enable faster, better decisions regarding the quality of new offers within various business models.

You'll help us bring transformation to life by focusing on Software quality, in a very large SW development team, responsible for billions of dollars of Cisco reviews. CSG is responsible for delivering Software for our enterprise routing, switching and wireless products. Your role will be focused on development of analytics models and tools, to predict quality and help us improve with our SW quality delivery. You’ll help us point on the correct data and data analytic efforts, which will help us drive improvement in software and Hardware quality.


You've got experience designing and implementing complex software systems. You have thorough knowledge of SW development processes and ability to create prediction models to track quality from day one.

 

Who You'll Work With


The Core Software Operations team seeks a motivated experienced Lead Data Analytic Engineer to design, develop and deploy analytic tools, to measure and predict SW quality for our products and release.


Our team works with engineering teams and Cisco customers, focused on improving SW quality. We cover the offering from requirements, design, implementation, and all the way to delivery and customers support. We improve our development and testing models and focus on SW quality, as a main pillar of our priorities and values.

 

 

Who You Are


Our minimum requirements for this role:

- More than 5 years software development experience

- Ability to lead and architect data modeling, to help predict areas for SW improvement

- Proven experience with Modeling and Simulation tools

- Proficient in R or Similar Statistical Package is a plus

- Understanding of high scale SW development models

 

Our Desired Skills for this Role:

· Operations Research Background

· Data Science Certification

· Advanced Degree in related field: Business Administration, Statistics, Computer

Science, Data Science or similar
