Job Description

Are you a creative thinker with an eye for details and enjoy engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders? If yes, then come join the Latin America Customer Business Operations team as a CBA! The Customer Business Analyst CBA will manage the sales process and back-office, act as the communication conduit between the Customer, Sales and the Factory to optimize revenue and supply. The CBA forecasts customers' demand, gathers and analyzes information to determine product allocation, monitors customer inventor and manages the business to maximize revenue through supply commitments, pricing strategies, customer presentations, and marketing program support.This includes the following: Delivering world class customer engagement & orientation and support to multiple business conditions Growing revenue and helping Intel gain / maintain competitive edge Building and executing business strategies Influencing Intel & its customers through data analysis, market intelligence, and insightful information Bringing together multiple stakeholders and points of view to effectively grow the business

The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits: 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A 'can-do' approach and attitude, willingness to take informed risks and work collectively as a team to achieve Intel / customer goals
  • Ability to quickly digest problems and drive solutions across a dynamic stakeholder base
  • Flexible and ability to embrace change in a fast


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently coursing bachelor degree on Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering,  Supply Chain or related
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel / Word / Power Point
  • Languages: Spanish / English(advanced) 

Preferred Qualifications :

  • SAP Knowledge
  • Experience in customer service
  • Portuguese (Intermediate) Highly Desired
