LAR Payroll Administrator

Job Description

Responsible for preparing and sending inputs to the payroll vendor for compensation calculation. Also, in charge of accurate payroll reports and continuous process improvement initiatives. Participates in the resolution of payroll issues and post mortems. In addition, documents new processes or updates documentation as required. Familiar with Business Process Management, Change Control Process. Focus on end to end understanding to ensure regional operational excellence.


Qualifications

Qualifications:

Degree in Business Administrator, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or alike.

Proficient in English written and verbal

Additional Qualifications:

Payroll experience is a plus.

Attention to detail is a must

Management of ambiguity

Planning of own time in order meet deliverables on time

Work under pressure and ability to raise the flag when processes deviate from the standard

Teamwork  and collaboration with emphasis on accountability and organization's results

Systematic problem resolution approach
