Material Control Coordinator

Job Description
  • Responsible to receive, plan, prepare, issue and controls materials requirement for board repair business.
  • Owns lab material inventory and assets transaction, logistic and record.
  • Ensure accurate storage, location and/or movement of inbound, interplant, and outbound of lab asset and inventory.
  • Accountable for accuracy of book/floor records and engaged actively in asset/inventory audits.
  • Continuously learn and acquire skill set and/or business process knowledge to improve, suggest and implement control systems to manage the business process in an efficient and cost effective manner.
  • Responds to ambiguous situations with good judgment and solutions to problems using structural problem solving and/or decision making methodology.


Qualifications

  • Diploma in any field of study.
  • Must be English literate, able to write and speak English fluently.
  • Knowledge in computing such as Microsoft Office applications, easily picks up skillsets required to operate computing systems or software applications associate with managing lab material inventory and asset.
  • Experience working in an inventory management and/or logistic planning is added advantage.
