What You'll Do

Cisco’s Enterprise solutions Group is developing new innovations to satisfy the growth of the China market in the areas of switching, routing, wireless and security products to lead the industry. We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager who have networking experience in the area of switching and routing who can help drive Cisco business with strategic partners to open new market in China.

 

Who You'll Work With
The Product Manager will be required to interact with local China Sales and Architecture team along with global based Cisco Business units hence strong verbal and written communication skills is required.

Role & Responsibilities
Inbound Marketing
● Interface and assist Cisco strategic partner with cross functional BU team
● Develop Product Family Roadmap along with local and global based teams
● Assist partners in understanding requirements to create PRD and CC on roadmap programs
● Interlock with other BU to synergize the development effort and clarify any requirements
● Work with Engineering team to finalize the technical detail of the roadmap items

● Ensure Cisco products conforms to China regulations and procedures
● Work with manufacturing team to maintain all the switching product forecasts

● Collaborate with China sales and architecture teams to deliver QBR on strategic partnership business
● Maintain entire product life cycle

Outbound Marketing
● Work with strategic partners on market opportunity, develop strategies to promote the existing product portfolio
● Assist with product launch activity to promote new products to partner account team
● Support marketing events which promote the switching product families, maximizing visibility to the field (Examples: Cisco Live, SPS, CIC, SEVT)
● Develop selling resources for partner and Cisco account team GTM strategy and execution
● Customer/Partner engagement
● Partner updates and field webinars
● China road shows

Who You Are
● Good working knowledge of Switching and other networking technologies in China market
● Good Understanding of Enterprise Solutions and customer use cases
● Excellent analytical and organizational skills, strong problem solving ability and high level of dedication
● Experienced in leading cross-functional project and teams
● 5+ years of product marketing and Business development
● MBA is highly desired
● Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English.
