What You'll Do
You will be responsible for delivering course materials and training service to our customers. As the face of Education Services for Stealthwatch you will work with the instructional design team to ensure our course materials are meeting the needs of the customer. You will work with your peers to identify new and creative ways to reach out to customers and ensure that customers are continuing in their adoption of the Stealthwatch system. When required, you will travel to customer locations to deliver private training classes, other times, you will deliver courses remotely. Your travel requirements may be as much of 50% of your time.


Beyond delivering network security course content to our customers, you will also develop content that enhances the existing curriculum and adds to the learning experience for our customers. You will review and provide feedback on course materials produced by your peers, and when necessary, you will assist in the maintenance and update of content. Throughout your work efforts, you will maintain open communication with all parts of the team, and participate in projects and meetings as needed.

Who You'll Work With
Our team, Education Services for Customer Success, designs, develops and delivers training to our Stealthwatch customers. You will work with instructional designers, other trainers, lab managers, training coordinators, and Stealthwatch system experts to ensure we are delivering the best learning experience to our customer so our customers can achieve their business outcomes.

You have a natural desire to want to learn and to want to teach others! You have network security experience, and you are customer service focused. You must be a self-starter who can learn and acquire highly technical skills and knowledge quickly, and you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever changing environment. You are someone who wants to grow in your technical acumen, and you ARE willingly share your knowledge with others.

Our minimal requirements include:

•     Strong oral, written, interpersonal communication and presentation skills.

•     Experience delivering training virtually (WebEx and remote lab) is desirable

•     Security Certification (CCNA-Security, CISSP, SANs)

•     Demonstrate knowledge of, and application of Adult Learning Theory

•     5 to 7 years’ experience as a technical writer
