Description This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual who has a passion for technology and providing solutions to the customer. Suitable candidates can be based anywhere in the UK as the role will require regular travel to customer sites and AT&T offices.

The overall revenue supported in the Salescentre is in excess $460m and this person would be assigned to some of the larger accounts This provides us with an opportunity to bring in a new skill set to the team with experience in selling advanced services in the UC and application space, such as Collaboration, SAP Management, and Internet of Things which will help us attain sales targets and improve the collective skill set in the team in this space.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

Whilst AT&T’s products and services are technical in nature, this is a highly technical sales position.

The candidate must meet the following criteria:

• high degree of technical ability necessary

• proven commercial experience

• sales focus is essential in this role as there will be a major need to uncover new opportunities also

• highly consultative in approach and be extremely socially and politically sophisticated

• comfortable working at the CXO level

• the ideal candidate will be a graduate, or of graduate caliber, with experience of solutioning major accounts

• as a person, the candidate will be highly credible with natural gravitas and a self assured and confident manner. In addition the candidate will be impeccably presented and used to being part of teams that negotiate high valued and often complex projects

• the candidate must be solutions oriented and creative in the way that they secure business.

They must also be highly organised, meticulous in approach and follow proven systems and processes.

**Key Competencies and Skills:**

Specific knowledge of Cloud, hosting and Application services would be an advantage. Knowledge of the Collaboration arena, Mobility as well as SDN and Hybrid networking.

ü Right to live and work in EU/EEA

ü Full driving licence

ü Degree qualified

**Education and Qualifications:**

University Degree or equivalent

• Commercial experience in an international telecommunications environment

• Strongly customer oriented

• Business and financial acumen

• Customer facing experience in a pre-sales, sales or post-sales environment

• In-depth WAN, LAN and Application knowledge

• Knowledge of Mobility Solutions, UC, Lync, Riverbed technology, Datacenter technologies or virtualisation is a plus

• Self Starter

• Excellent interpersonal communications skills

• Fluent knowledge of the English language, written and verbal
