IMR Test Module Engineer

Job Description
In this position you will be joining the Intel Module Repair IMR group, located in Kulim, Malaysia. The candidate will be responsible for sustaining, resolving engineering issue, test set up & new product enabling in test module. He/she will be also responsible to drive for continuous improvement including test output/beat-rate, yield, safety, WIP inventory and test spare management. The person is required to work closely with US test module engineer, internal team & stakeholder for any new product repair enabling. The candidate will be expected to excel in technical writing of repair specifications, training/test procedures and White Papers. Candidate will be required to follow the copy exactly CE! matching list within IMR organizations.


Minimum BS in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related technical discipline with some experiences in PCB Functional test or debug or validation. Familiarity and expertise in PCB functional test, set-up, troubleshooting and test processes with some working knowledge of schematics, SPEED BOM and test programming. Candidate to have basic proficiency with test equipment i.e. O-scopes, DMMs, spectrum/logic analyzer, etc and basic essential shop tools. Highly skilled in written and verbal communication. Possess strong project management skills, the ability to identify key milestones from project identification to project implementation, and be capable of managing milestones. NI LabVIEW and/or C++ software development and application in a test programming and/or interface environment is a preference.
