IMR Debug-Test Technician

Job Description
  • In this position you will be joining the Intel Module Repair IMR group, located in Kulim, Malaysia.
  • Primary role is to perform debug and failure analysis on PCB Boards in a quickest through put time with oscilloscope, multi-meter with well versa in schematic, circuit diagram to speed up the root cause of the failure.
  • Troubleshoot on tester failures, create technical documents example as Best Knowledge Methodologies BKM and/or verbal directions to complete tasks in assigned areas.
  • Ability to maintain necessary records and reports and perform other related duties as required or as directed.
  • Do minor rework and touch up.
  • Have basis Microsoft office knowledge and capable to working on rotation of day and night shift.


Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related technical discipline and with some experiences in PCB Functional test or debug or validation. Familiarity and expertise in PCB functional test, set-up, troubleshooting and test processes with some working knowledge of schematics. Proficiency in English communication skills reading, writing and speaking and with some logical problem solving capabilities.
