ICE Failure Analysis Administrator FAA

Job Description

This person will be responsible for, but not limited to :- Communicate with suppliers and internal parties on activities for new FACR and ensure prompt response from suppliers. - Daily tracking of active failure analysis request with suppliers.- Analysis of Suppliers' activities including maintaining of database of activities performed by supplier, analysis of KPI such as cycle time and closed cases. - Tracking and verifying of monthly invoices from suppliers on all job requests, and communicate with the suppliers on the billing activities.- Any FACR tasks assigned by PQE


Qualifications

GCE O/A level or ITE graduate in Business studies with minimum 1-2 yr working experience. Able to speak in Mandarin will be an advantage.
