In Intel, HR Partner plays important role to elaborate business strategy to HR strategy and be responsible for execution to support Intel success. The individual is expected to Identify HR business plan and objectives to support business strategyBuild up virtual HR account team to deliver high quality HR solutionsAccording to business strategy, conduct organization diagnosis, design and facilitate stand-up organization to build sustainable organization capabilitiesResponsible for strategic workforce planning and building up talent development roadmapCoach and develop leaders to grow up team and enhance health working environment to align with Intel cultureLead and facilitate change management to support organizational transformationProactively identify employee engagement matters with efficient solution to address Intel as Great Place to Work and strong employer branding internallyCoach and develop managers on performance management, people movement and engagement cross board to improve manager’s capabilitiesUtilize tools/system to diagnose organizational health and sense potential problem. Provide effective solutions.Continuously drive Intel culture transformation Work with relative legal, HR COE functions and business managers to keep Intel compliance Identify each of Intel site HR roadmap to improve employee engagement, culture and competiveness through engaging with site management committeeDeliver high quality of HR program and solutionsOther tasks as assigned The successful candidate shall have below key competencies: Business acumen: Able to deal with ambiguity & fast-pace of change. Can quickly read into corporate & business context and understand key factors for HR's indicator. Able to articulate points of view to business leaders & managers and establish personal credibility as a key member of business staff Organization acumen: Understand organization dynamics. Comfortable & Effective working across organizational lines; able to build network, develop alliances through structured & practical organization interventions; HR program integrator: familiar with working under matrix HR organization. Define overall HR roadmap to meet business expectation. Play a role as HR account manager through collaboration with HR COE to deliver HR service and solutions properly. Represent HR internal and external: may play a role as site HR rep through partner with HR peers to drive common site HR roadmap cross business groups; Keep high standard of compliance and own all relative activitiesEffective communication: Practice effective listening. Collect & use facts, numbers and statistics to identify patterns from complex situation. Can form and lay out story lines and course of action that mobile both HR & business to solve problems. Able to build trust and influence across countries, function and organization boundaries. Strong execution capability: Able to make and deliver commitment. Able to identify priorities. Can deploy HR solution through pulling in critical resources & manage stakeholders. Program management skill is necessary Qualification
