Graduate LSS Facilities Technician

Job Description
  • Perform functions associated with all wafer production including operations, equipment, process, training, upgrades and implementation.
  • Schedule and complete preventative maintenance on advanced semiconductor equipment.
  • Use problem solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve unscheduled equipment issues.
  • Apply statistical process control techniques to monitor, maintain and improve process and equipment performance.
  • Analyze both equipment and processes and identify problems and participate in safety forums.


Qualifications

  • Electrical Senior Trades or equivalent with some relevant industrial work experience or Instrumentation & Calibration
  • Trades or L7 equivalent Qualification with Life Safety Systems / Fire Systems / PLC experience.
  • Facilities Management Systems Qualification

Additional desired experience to include:

  • Good engineering, technical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong computer MS Office: email, word, excel, powerpoint etc... and data analysis skills.
  • Ability to use standard & more advanced maintenance tools & test equipment such as Multi-meter, Meggar, Dranetz etc..
  • Demonstrated history of Innovation
  • Demonstrated history of Lean / 6-sigma
  • Strong written and verbal technical & non-technical communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in diverse team environment.
