 What You'll Do

As a Global Service Owner, you will provide thought leadership and champion a global view of Mail, Shipping & Receiving & Reception strategies within the function You will be accountable for service excellence on a global scale through the enablement and governance of outsourced and/or contracted service providers. In this role, you will develop elite service offerings in partnership with outsourced service providers, with a focus on customer and employee experience & operational perfection. You will establish a global program to drive service delivery while capitalizing on local market capabilities. Enabling future flexibility and bringing service levels to maturity

We need you to solve highly-complex problems and be able to identify viable and creative options, and use analytical skills and discernment to recommend the right solutions.

You will integrate feedback from clients, leadership and service providers into program recommendations and serves as a global point of contact and leads/manages multiple projects requiring cross-team and external teamwork You will be accountable for global service outcomes including financial oversight and service performance management through metrics and benchmarks and act as the critical issue point for Mail, Shipping (non-production) and Reception Services

This role will require you to promote regional/global standardization of related technology solutions and data integrity and participates in the analysis of operational processes, assists in establishing critical issue procedures, and sees opportunities for service ownership improvements

The vision of Cisco’s corporate real estate organization, Workplace Resources (WPR), is to transform the workplace experience for Cisco’s workforce across a global property portfolio. The Global Service Owner for Mail, Shipping & Reception Services is a leadership role within WPR’s Global Delivery Operations (GDO) team. The position reports directly to the WPR Global Facility Services Manager. You will work alongside a high-level Individual Contributors/Managers and serves as a key contact point with Cisco internal and Service Provider leadership

Who You Are

You have a passion for service excellence and ability to put theory into action. Your career experience makes you a Technical expert in Mail, Shipping & Receiving (non-production) and Reception services. You have the ability to translate services into employee messaging with passion and dynamism. We are looking for someone to bring advanced knowledge of project/program management methodologies to this role. You will have the opportunity to lead others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify appropriate solutions; service and support/solution skills. You bring awareness of global market-based discipline practices, regulatory constraints and cultural affairs. You will bring proven success in the execution of diverse efforts within the discipline in both domestic and global markets and promotes/participates in continuous improvement processes to our Work Place Resources Organization

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of related experience in Facilities operations.
  • Experience in vendor management as well as Reception and Mail services.
