Date: Jun 20, 2017 Location: Ottawa, ON, CA Company: Ericsson Job Summary: Our team is seeking a highly motivated individual for a Filter Design Team Lead role, helping to coordinate, drive, and deliver Cavity Filter projects for use in Ericsson’s Radio Base Station Products. Your role will include working with a multi-functional team, leading the Filter Development Process, interfacing with vendors, and helping to ensure a high volume Production Supply. Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We organize in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work. Responsibilities: You will lead all aspects of the Filter Design Process Drive strategic technical leadership Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling Interface with Project Management, Vendors, and Production Supply Develop and test high quality products Perform trouble shooting and customer support Drive continuous improvements of products and processes Develop competence in technical domain Key Qualifications: Education: BSEE/MSEE or equivalent Min 10 years of RF Hardware Design experience High power Cavity Filter Product development knowledge and Product Lifecycle Management knowledge Business understanding Working with people and networking Innovating, adapting and responding to change Delivering results and meeting customer expectations Planning and Organizing Additional Requirements: Previous Hardware design team lead experience Filter Design Process and Tools knowledge Why is Ericsson a great place to work?
