Job Description


This role is part of the team responsible to prepare the Company's U.S. federal income tax returns as well as portions of its tax provision. Technical skills, team collaboration and attention to detail will be integral to the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare the US income tax return and related work products by collaborating with other tax groups and business partners.
  • Assist with the domestic portions of the tax provisions.
  • Perform research of relevant tax laws, regulations and rulings to determine proper tax return filing positions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the corporate income tax return processes and delivery schedule, and work with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
  • Ensure that the income tax return processes, documentation and related systems are in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley internal control requirements.

The successful candidate will have a positive, team-focused approach and demonstrated strengths in communication and technical skills.


Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in accounting, Master's degree in taxation and/or a CPA
  • At least 5 years of relevant combination of public accounting and industry experience in corporate income tax
  • Working knowledge of US corporate income tax law and regulations as well as accounting for income taxes

You should also have:

  • Strong analytical thinking, writing, and communication skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong database and desktop application ability such as SAP and Excel
  • Experience with CorpTax
