You Will:

  • Understand and communicate international shipping complexities on a per country basis
  • Monitor day-to-day international shipping exception activities
  • Coordinate with couriers and forwarder for compliance with Meraki’s international shipping procedures
  • Provide international shipping guidance to customers and sales reps
  • Assist in compiling and maintaining country profiles to ship product globally
  • Partner with the US export team to share and develop ideas

You Have:

  • 2-3 years experience managing high-volume exports and import/export compliance to Europe, Africa and the Middle East, and/or a developing region is required.
  • BA/BS required with a degree in International Relations, International Business, Operations Management, or International Studies preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills required and preferred experience using a CRM and ERP system
