Intel's award-winning internal ad agency, the Agency Inside, is growing fast. We create and oversee the development of compelling consumer and B2B communications for video, broadcast, print, retail and digital brand expressions across the globe.

Intel Global Production Labs, the production arm of the Agency Inside, is seeking an Executive Producer to join the team. The Executive Producer will be a leader, taste-maker and expectation-setter for his or her large team with diverse production talent. The EP will be responsible for delivering A+ grade work based on creative briefs that come into the department.

The Executive Producer will use their broad-based knowledge and extensive production network to strategically choose production and creative partners for each project and maintain an efficient and seamless workflow. In conjunction with producers, the Executive Producer will create detailed production calendars and budgets. They will be responsible for ensuring the success of the producers and production team who report directly to them, as well as creating and cultivating a production culture of excellence that achieves best-in-class production results great creative, perfectly executed on each and every project that his/her team is responsible for. Formats of production will be varied, from TV to animation/motion to documentary.

The Executive Producer is comfortable presenting to senior management, can read a room and react accordingly. Their ability to influence all levels comes from their experience as well as understanding social intelligence.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically select creative and production partners
  • Liaise at a senior level with the Creative and Account departments to implement and maintain efficient workflow and communication between departments
  • Stay close to creative and client details from project inception to delivery.
  • Have the experience, energy and willingness to actively mentor his/her group and create a culture of complete accountability and absolute creative excellence at every level of production execution.
  • Perform thorough and detailed financial analysis on actualized jobs and department expenses monthly/quarterly
  • Hire, grow and lead the creative/production development of his/her team.
  • Oversee the prioritization, coordination and execution of all projects that come into his/her production division.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years' experience at the Executive or Senior Production level in a first-class Creative Ad Agency or leading production company environment.
  • knowledge of production process and best practices within his/her own field and broad-base familiarity with production specialties that may be outside of their field of direct expertise. For example, if you are a Broadcast Producer by legacy, broad-base familiarity with digital production is a plus, and vice versa.
  • Strong and far-reaching production contact list and a legacy of strong rapport with production partners/vendors.
  • Effective and efficient communication skills
  • Proven leadership and management skills -Knowing it, living it, loving it will really help -Sense of humor. This is going to be a lot of work. Ability to keep it all in perspective will really help.
