What You'll Do

You’ll build and lead an integrated internal and employee communications program for the South Theatre. You will develop and deliver on integrated communications campaigns, working in partnership with all communications functions and stakeholders across the business, including the South management team.

You will have to balance a number of priorities in order to ensure the success of communications within the business as well as part of the EMEAR communications team. You are able to prioritize and focus on the areas where communications can have the biggest impact and demonstrate tangible results around influencing our audience’s perceptions, attitudes, and behaviors. 

Role Responsibilities: 

  • You will drive all aspects of business, organizational, executive and employee communications for the South Theatre across both internal and external audiences.
  • You will develop and deliver on an integrated communications strategy and plan for the South Theatre that is aligned with the EMEAR regional and theatre business goals, outcomes, and business priorities.
  • You will be considered a strategic partner and advisor to stakeholders and key interfaces; will work directly with them to deliver content and programs to drive the overall regional / South Theatre communication strategy and plan.
  • You will develop and own the key South communication channels which support the business requirements, whilst also leverage EMEAR and global channels.
  • You will create original content whilst also adapt existing content for communication campaigns including messaging, narratives, presentations, blogs, bylined articles etc.
  • You will develop internal/organizational messages, presentations and other communication in partnership with the South business leaders (e.g. all hands meetings or keynote speeches)
  • You are responsible for the quality of communications outcomes, and delivery on time.

You will work with the South Theatre Lead, the South Board in which the General Managers of all Southern European countries are represented, as well as marketing, communications and other support functions and corporate communications teams to create and drive outcome-based communications programs, and will be accountable for measurable results.

  • You think strategically and creatively around translating business priorities into stories and visual concepts that are relevant and engaging to a broad audience across various channels
  • You work in true collaboration with individuals and teams to extract relevant information from multiple sources and blend into a range of communications
  • You socialize communications plans and platforms with multiple communications functions and key business leaders to advance message consistency and impact
  • You balance the requirements of being an active member of the EMEAR communications team and helping to drive the team’s joint success whilst driving the success of the country’s PR programmes
  • You have strong interpersonal skills; intuitive ability to read people, influence where appropriate and execute when necessary
  • You have solid project management skills with the ability to meet milestones, tight deadlines, and balance concurrent projects
  • You are a flexible and resilient problem solver with the ability to gain consensus among others and manage sensitive situations
  • You demonstrate a high degree of poise, professionalism and take the initiative.
