The Strategy, Planning and Operations team is focused on building and executing against our long term Global Service Provider (GSP) strategy. We work closely with cross functional teams and drive initiatives that will have a material and strategic impact across the entire GSP marketing organization. We are analytical and strategic. We have a pragmatic sense of getting things done.

GSP marketing is seeking an analytical and intellectually curious Executive Communications manager to build and develop the team’s Communicational structure. You will focus on communications to support our GSP Business goals. You will influence audience perceptions, translate business goals into communications goals and craft programs that help position our relevance and value.

Reporting to the Strategy, Planning and Operations Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing a yearly communication plan, establishing communication channels, analyzing business trends, creating executive level insights and reports. You will serve as the communications advisor by demonstrating a thorough understanding of industry, organization, and audience (internal and external) perceptions and needs. 

You will interact closely with the different GSP groups, BU and sales teams.

-  You will build high impact communications programs that drive towards tangible results changing perceptions/behaviors.

-  You will socialize communications plans and platforms with multiple communications functions and key business leaders to advance message consistency and impact

-  You will work with senior executives on development and implementation of communication strategies and plans that drive audience understanding of the company's vision and business strategy, and the executive's aligned business priorities/desired business outcomes.

-  You will drive all content for the GSP group to be the highest quality, creative and compelling. You will aligned and integrate the content with the appropriate corporate, cross-functional, and functional messages.

-  You will collaborate closely with Analyst Relations, Public Relations, Investor Relations, Employee Communications, and Marketing to define and orchestrate an integrated plan to leverage the executive as a key spokesperson to deliver business outcomes.

-  You will align the teams/customers with communication strategy, execution plan and resulting deliverable. 

-  You will ensure that communication strategy is successfully executed across multiple media channels (PR, Web, speaker forums, influencer relations, etc.)

-  Are you well versed in managing relations with traditional and social media?

-  Have you created Executive presentations, including All Hands meetings, business review meetings, QBR, events, speaking opportunities and more?

-  Have you worked with key stakeholders across the company to implement automations for marketing campaigns and programs?

-  Have you interpreted internal/external business challenges to make recommendations to improve Communications processes or services?

You possess a Bachelors in Marketing Business Communications, or IS combined with 8-10 years of Executive Communications experience.
