What You’ll Do
We are looking for a senior manager to lead SVP communications. This strategic role is responsible for working directly with our SVP – EN Product team to assist in managing his internal and customer communications.

Roles And Responsibilities
•Build the exec comms framework and supporting programs raise thought leadership and awareness of the company and our people 
•Capture the voice and tone of our SVP across all forms of communications; coach executives on the delivery across all mediums 
•Develop and deploy the internal messaging that support the comms goals; set the priorities, resource levels and cadence for programs and projects 
•Develop exec level content keynotes, presentations, all-hands, internal/external comms 
•Manage calendar and all logistics related to participation at Cisco events  GSX, Cisco Live and Advisory Boards
•Work with marketing and communications leadership to create platform and cadence for communicating with Cisco exec leadership 

Who You’ll Work With
You’ll work with counsel executives at all levels around comms strategies, tactics and issues. You’ll also collaborate with stakeholders to develop the thought leadership platforms for SVP’s narratives, opportunities for engagement and speakerships.

Requirements you’ll need to be successful in this role 
•10-12 years in communications in a fast-paced, tech environment engaging a wide variety of stakeholders and business partners 
•Proven operator writing for executives as well as developing communication frameworks spanning executive thought leadership and issues management 
•Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; stellar stakeholder management skills 
•Adept at engaging successfully and influencing at all levels of the company 
•Excellent judgment and strong leadership presence 
•Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism or communications preferred
