Description + Analyze SEWIP BLK II (i.e., AN/SLQ-32(V)6/BEWT-II/SEWTT(V)3-5) data requirements and provide data architecture support in the analysis and development of a maximum of 8 SEWIP BLK II data products through conversion/migration of a maximum of 4 legacy data formats to modern database applications format, maintaining and validating a maximum of 100 database table structures, external data import, and derivative product development in multiple output formats to include Flat-File and XML.

+ Collaborate with EW Technical Data Analyst, EW Library Content Developer and Liaisons with Navy and DoD Electronic Warfare system engineers to understand and develop a maximum of 8 data products in support of SEWIP BLK II EW system requirements.

+ Perform system data requirements analysis and produce a maximum of 8 technical reports using technical Database Description Documentation (DBDD) or similar documentation received from the government.

+ Assist government representatives with identification of intelligence data gaps to support submission of Intelligence Production Requests (IPRs) through PEO-IWS and C10F.

+ Design, document, & develop a maximum of 50 additional SEWIP BLK II (i.e., AN/SLQ-32(V)6/BEWT-II/SEWTT(V)3-5) tables with distinct data attributes for production of operational/training databases and libraries.

+ Provide guidance to the government in EW database support design best practices and optimized methods for production/delivery.

+ 8+ years demonstrated experience in the field of Technical ELINT (TECHELINT) data analysis with thorough knowledge of national authoritative data sources to include EWIR3G, Legacy EWIR, and CED. Formal intermediate level TECHELINT training is required.

+ 8+ years demonstrated experience in the field of Electronic Warfare Systems, RADAR threat parameter analysis, threat/friendly Order of Battle (OOB) analysis, Specific Emitter Identification (SEI), and authoritative national data sources to include ONI, NASIC, NGIC, MSIC, NGA, DIA, and NSA.

+ 5+ years demonstrated experience in the field of Data Requirements Analysis and Database Architecture design to support standardization/rationalization of Navy EW data management, interoperability, database design and development, data standardization and maintenance, and data migration.

+ Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing to produce finished products, liaise with current and potential customers, prepare and present briefing documents, charts, graphs, and presentations.

+ Candidate will not require privileged access and will not be considered a member of the Cyber Security Workforce.
