This is a terrific opportunity for someone well-versed in advanced data analytics to build, expand, and maintain the Marketing Analytics Engine data environment. This requires expert experience in data profiling, database administration, scripting languages & ETL. You will use Big Data technologies and expansive datasets of customer attributes including billing, device, usage, network, contacts to customer care, sales channel, online interactions, and survey data.

**As the successful candidate you will:**

+ Support the Campaign Analytics environment and data, evolving the frequency of refreshes to near-real-time data availability

+ Automate and streamline ETL for recurring loads

+ Audit data and conduct basic reporting to ensure the accuracy of the data used for analysis

+ Implement new data sources to enhance the capabilities of the team

+ Conduct exploration, evaluation, and delivery of new technologies, techniques, and tools to advance the capabilities of the team

+ Create of datasets and facilitate presentations to clients through data visualization tools

+ Utilize new visualization techniques to push data insights further into the business and marketing organization

**This type of background will help to ensure your success:**

+ 8+ years related experience in advanced analytics, big data, relational database structures, research methods, sampling techniques, and system testing

+ Teradata, Aster, Oracle, Netezza, Vertica and Hadoop experience highly desired

+ Expert background in data analysis and profiling (UNIX Scripting, SQL, SAS, Perl, Pig & Python)

+ Expert background in database management, ETL scripting, and automation

+ Experience with marketing campaign data and analytics

+ Passion for refining general problem statements into specific and meaningful datasets for analytic use

+ Advanced college degree in Computer Science or similar discipline; Ph.D. in related fields highly desired
