Description **This position is located in Camp Pendleton, CA**

High school Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)

+ Conduct operations in support of the Service Desk

+ Execute scripts, answer calls, troubleshoot/resolve/and or escalate technical issues

+ Open and close tickets

+ Correlate events and incidents for management of Information Technology Services.

+ Certified in accordance with DOD8570.01-M Information Assurance Technician II.

+ Aminimum of 2 year of customer service experience in an IT environmentincluding 2 year of ticketing system experience, plus an understandingof Service Level goals and targets, 1 year of experience in Remote DeskTakeover tools and usage.

ITIL v3 Foundations preferred

Must be a US Citizen and possess a clearance
