This role develops the pricing strategy and analytics for AT&T Mobility EG Wireless services with the goal to drive revenue, maximize flow share/market share and reduce churn. In addition, this role will look for opportunities to increase our Integrated Product Share through the development of Integrated Product offers (Wireless + Video). Managing the overall pricing approval process from business case development, executive approval and post launch analytics. Work with cross functional team ensuring products are built and launched as designed.



**The successful candidate will:**



+ Develop overall pricing strategy creating a strong price-value proposition strengthening our position in the market with respect to the competition.

+ Conduct analyses utilizing insights to support pricing recommendations and business cases

+ Develop business cases assessing revenue, cost, margin, and subscriber benefits/impacts

+ Present business cases to various levels of leadership as part of the approval process

+ Conduct post-launch analyses of pricing actions, summarize results for leadership

+ Manage a team, focused on multiple, complex, short-range and long-range projects



**The ideal candidate exemplifies:**



+ 7+ years relevant marketing and/or finance experience

+ Strong analytical skills

+ Ability to interpret disparate, complex data into a range of alternate futures

+ Business case, modeling skills

+ Exceptional strong oral and written communication skills (MS PowerPoint)

+ Great attention to detail

+ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

+ Organization, prioritization, and time management skills

+ Desire to continuously work as a contributor on a cohesive team

+ Pricing experience

+ Solid understanding of wireless and video products and services



BS/BA Finance, Marketing or related field
