Who are we?

The Client Computing Group is responsible for all aspects of the client computing business across Phone, Phablet, Tablet and PC platforms, leading Intel's efforts to transform client computing through technologies, new form factors, and driving Intel's corporate-wide user experience initiatives. This spans all client device brands including hardware, software and connectivity ingredients for phones, tablets, Ultrabook™, All-in-Ones, 2 in 1 computing devices, and home gateways. Connected & Smart Home Division enables system on chip (SoC) and software solutions for helping to transform the networks and infrastructure that connect "things" in the home and provide consumers with the gigabit connectivity they have come to expect. CHD solutions seamlessly deliver the smart, connected experiences that ease the burden of running a home, enrich daily life, and assure peace of mind in our domestic spaces. CHD designs, manufactures and markets SoCs for the Broadband Gateways in the Telcom and Cable segments and WiFi Routers in the retail segment.

What will you do?

Responsible for OEM/ODM scale, growth and success with a clear target of increasing share/revenue of the Intel’s Connected Home WiFi products in Cable and Telco product lines.

We are looking for a candidate with technical breadth and a strong market orientation thinking and experience with Service Providers Gateway and networking market knowledge.

Additionally building and sustaining relationships with both the customer executive level and the customers' R&D and Product Marketing key decision makers; resulting in meeting annual revenue objectives and leading strategic long range plans.

The position plays a vital role in communicating the benefits of Intel technologies to a diverse customer audience. Working closely with internal product marketing, outbound account teams and customizing CHD material to specific customers as needed. Responsibility to ensure that the roadmap and value proposition are understood and leveraged by our customers and sales organization.

Additional responsibilities include OEM strategic alignment with local partners, gathering customer responses and representing market needs to product management, engineering and senior management. Providing both the customer and competitive product system cost and pricing analysis, resulting with customer system cost optimization and market win.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience of customer interfacing and product marketing in the networking/embedded processors market. Experience with Service Providers and/or Networking systems market dynamics
  • Bachelor's science degree (MBA preferred)
  • Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with customers and colleagues. Proven ability to articulate compelling, industry focused, value propositions at senior levels. Demonstrate ability to manage indirect resources across the company, and all the business elements required to succeed in a high exposure/pressure environment. Must be experienced with working with cross-functional, virtual teams in remote locations and varying time zones.
  • Strong internal selling skills with the ability to put together impactful program reviews that can influence and will be well received by senior and executive management
  • Ability to express technical/business points clearly and precisely in written and verbal communication across many Intel business groups and key stakeholders
  • Adept at negotiating and ability to work well with customers senior decision makers
  • Ability to travel frequently
