Description **Overall Purpose**



The Digital CX Personalization Team sets personalization approach,
capability requirements, and digitally-driven experience best practices across
in-scope digital.



**Key Roles andResponsibilities**



The role sets and determines the personalization approach, capability
requirements, and digitally-driven experience best practices across in-scope
digital and non-digital channels. Change Agent to adapt Marketing’s
personalization and content strategy to ensure personalization is actionable
and content is optimized for all channels. The candidate will provide the
leadership necessary to drive change and stand up the new team/department that
will institute a new testing culture within the company. Consults across the
Consumer Digital organization on opportunities to leverage personalization and
content enhancements to create an optimized customer experience. Works with
stakeholders to ensure all in-scope digital and non-digital touchpoints meet
standards developed by Marketing, align to operations set by CX & Ops
organization, and exceed customer expectations. Required in depth knowledge of
software development cycles and deep understanding of algorithms and tools.



**Competencies**



Background in quantitative, qualitative and ethnographic research.



BG in analyzing business intelligence and analytics.



BG in user testing



BG is understanding software platforms, algorithms, and development



BG in Strategy and Marketing



BG in Adobe Stack, data, segmentation and Big Data



**Job Contribution**



Will report to the Vice President of Digital Strategy who is a direct
report to an Officer.



**Qualifications:**



**Experience**



Typically 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in field and or
certification may be required. Expert-level, real-world experience in digital
(10+ years, including 2+ years in management) with working knowledge of
managing projects and teams independently.



**Education**



Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred in Economics,
Computer Science, Analytics or Math
