What You'll do:

Working as Digital Experience Business Analyst, you will join the Digital Experience Platform team to help bring Cisco's vision to fruition to ensure that we provide the best possible experience for our customers, partners and employees by leveraging Data Science and Digital techniques. This role will focus on bringing data science to life, applied through digital techniques using automation. You will need to partner with our Data Science team and our Digital Experience subject matter experts to develop a productive and innovative application of data to the Cisco customer, partner or seller experience that results in increased adoption, bookings, retention and ultimately, success for Cisco customers and partners.

The Digital Experience and Analytics (DE&A) organization within Cisco's Global Virtual Sales & Customer Success division plays a leadership role in transforming Cisco to thrive as a digital business in today’s consumption-driven market. The team develops and implements groundbreaking analytics models and intelligent automation to transform Cisco into a data-driven digital organization


With broad-based digital expertise, DE&A is uniquely qualified to address the evolving expectations of today’s connected customers and partners, along with Cisco sellers. Using real-time connected data, machine learning and automation, across monetization models, the team enables Cisco sellers and partners to deliver a powerful, personalized experience—throughout the entire customer lifecycle. 

With customer health and retention as the ultimate goal, DE&A is focused on providing customers with an immersive digital experience with Cisco. This in turn drives improvements in recurring revenue, cost savings and sales effectiveness for Cisco and its partners.

By creating the best digital customer experience possible, DE&A transforms and optimizes how Cisco serves its customers. 

Who you are:  

Measure results of applied solutions to test and explain impact of each new insight, engagement tool, connectivity and foundational project on the Digital Selling state of the business

Work with our Data Science team to develop a deep understand of each data type, such that you can make recommendations on innovative ways to apply the insights to a digital selling experience. Must be able to understand data science and data automation.

Work with our Digital Experience Architects to communicate the business impact needed and achieved, bring a healthy level of understanding to the team, around the business KPI’s and results impacted by our efforts. Must be able to understand digital sales and marketing techniques and marketing automation.

Communicate developments and milestones effectively to a large group of stakeholders across the company.

Work with operations and IT teams to optimize processes and incorporate applicable data and automation solutions into sales motions.

Stay up to date on points of view from leading industry analysts and key influencers in the market

Minimum Qualifications:

1 - 3 years of experience working with data and automation, tech industry a plus.
