What You'll Do

As the Digital Marketing Strategist for Cisco Capital you will be responsible for managing, updating, and supporting all digital properties – including Cisco Capital's presence on and internal sites. You will manage and streamline content updates to most effectively reflect our financial offers and capabilities with a keen understanding of the organization’s mission.

You will work closely with Cisco's corporate marketing team to develop and build a global marketing dashboard to capture and report quarterly metrics, and understand trends to inform decisions.

You will implement a strategic SEO program, conduct review/audits, and report metrics.

You will simplify the user experience, manage the customer journey, thus maximizing lead generation. Working with corporate marketing and the Cisco digital team, you will help us to build out demand generation back-end tools.

In this role, you will join a dynamic team within the vendor financing business at Cisco. Work in lockstep with the Cisco Capital Corporate Marketing team and liaise with the team to increase value for the entire organization. Key audiences are Cisco Capital and Cisco Inc. employees, our end-user customers, and partners.

Who You Are

In addition to the skills/experiences listed below, you will have a bachelor’s degree (master’s degree preferred) with 7-9 years of professional and relevant experience:

  • Proven marketing strategy execution with an emphasis on customer experience/journey mapping
  • Previous experience owning and managing multiple web properties to ensure consistency, best practices, and compliance with standards
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or SharePoint
  • Deep knowledge and experience driving successful SEO programs
  • Natural curiosity and thirst to embrace and learn new technologies
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at a time
  • Work cross-functionally with key contacts that are distributed and virtual
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop is desired

This role offers flexibility to work from several locations including Dallas, Atlanta, Raleigh-Durham, Minneapolis, and Chicago.
